This questionnaire will help to identify areas that feel scary to you and may be reasons why you aren’t putting yourself out there.

If you’ve tried dating before, we’ll get clear on the things you’ve tried and haven’t worked, as well as the things you’re avoiding and why. Most importantly, the questionnaire will bring awareness to any unconscious fears that may be blocking you from taking action.
Breakthrough coaching session
In this 90-minute coaching session we’ll work on whatever unconscious fears you have that are making dating feel unsafe.

You’ll discover a powerful way to shift fearful thoughts about dating so that you can move past them, and start taking action. You’ll craft a picture of the kind of relationship that would feel safe to attract. Once you’ve got this picture, we’ll talk about which dating options feel the best to you, and which one would be realistic to start with.

By the end of this session you’ll have identified and shifted some fears, got a clear picture of the kind of person who would feel good to date, and have a clear picture of the next step to take.
Afterwards, you’ll receive:

•  15-min video explaining a powerful process that will help you to challenge and clear your remaining fears.
•  Notes of the video content which explain the process step-by-step, along with examples and templates.
•  Date me happy checklist, to help you choose the dating option that feels the best to you to start with.
•  A video and audio recording of the coaching session so you can rewatch it at your leisure and take notes, or allow the insights to sink in.
•  Homework practices that will start shifting your energy and behaviour to attract the kind of man you want to date.
Follow up coaching session
Two weeks later we’ll meet for a 30-minute session to check in and see how you’re doing. We’ll discuss how your thoughts have shifted, and how you’re feeling about dating.

We’ll talk about what new actions you’ve taken to get yourself out there, and discuss how to adjust the approach based on what’s come up.

You’ll leave the session with a clear plan of what to do next and enthusiastic about the future.
